Construction works including piling, C&S superstructure, architectural and interior finishes for a 21-storey hotel comprising 318 four-star rated rooms spread across 12 floors (Levels 9 to 20). Hotel facilities are located on Levels 7 and 8, featuring a sky lobby, all-day dining, conference and meeting rooms, sky bar and café, infinity swimming pool, and gym. The ground floor includes a green reception area and a tourist information counter.
