Joining the Board on November 9, 2022, En. Zulkifly serves as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management and Nomination Committees and is a Remuneration Committee member. He graduated in Banking from Universiti Teknologi MARA and holds an MBA from the University of Wales, UK. His extensive banking and finance background includes roles at Deutsche Bank, Bank Islam Malaysia, ABN AMRO, and UMW Holdings, where he served as President of UMW Oil & Gas Berhad. Currently, he is also Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Sunview Group Berhad and Go Hub Capital Berhad.
